Haley continued her hot streak by winning a playoff for second place with a birdie on the first extra hole. She was the low qualifier from the Lancaster Lebanon girls and will represent Manheim Central in the East Regional at Golden Oaks on October, 17.
Haley had an incredible round at the L-L league tournament firing a 76, almost ten shots better than her average, and losing only to senior Mary Beth Palic of Manheim Township. Haley moves on to District competition which will be held at Briarwood West on Thursday, October 6. Congratulations and good luck!
We had a good year and showed improvement with the addition of two outstanding freshmen. Haley Goodling played at number two and Eli Perron started at number three and both had consistent scores throughout the year. R.J. Bowman, sophomore, played most of the matches at number 5. We have a number of young players ready to compete next year and I definitely feel the trend for Manheim Central golf is up.
